You have a really nice sense of hair shading. You also have a good sense of picking out what colors look good together. (Like the blues are complimented by his hair and the rose.) This is a well put together piece and I like the textures used in it. The textures are somewhat almost too distracting, however.
One thing you could improve on is anatomy. You got a good sense of anatomy but it still needs some work. You know where everything is generally at but, it's not quite exactly right. I would suggest drawing some bodies without clothing on them for practice, it helps a lot!
Also I would work on your clothings folds and shading. You're already pretty good at the folds but you could add some more detail to your picture with some more folds. Your shading is pretty good also, it would be improved by adding more folds, so that way you have more to shade, and it adds to the picture!
But I am still mesmerized by the colors of this piece, you did a great job at picking what would look good! Overall good job on it.
